Camp Registration 2025

***You must first email campdirector@campk.on.ca to register for Inclusion Program (want a one-on-one worker for your child)***
If you have previously utilized Camp Brain to register for camp, please use the same user name and password again, however, if you are a new client, you will need to set up an account; this is a simple step that can be created on the Camp Brain registration page.
Upon registration, a $90.00, non-refundable deposit is required per camper, per week to have the spot held for the camper you are enrolling. A payment plan can be set up, however, all payment is required 2 weeks prior to the camp season commencing in July.
Drop-off and pick-up
Drop-off and Pick-up: We will be sending a Newsletter out with information including camper’s drop off and pick up times and location, but we can assure that drop-off will start no earlier than 8:00am and pick-up will go no later than 5:00pm. You can expect an emailed Newsletter outlining all of the details for your session, on the Monday before your session begins.
registration cancellation and refund policy
To cancel a registration, all money can be returned, minus the $90.00 non-refundable deposit per camper, per week, prior to 14 days before the start date.
14 - 7 days prior to the start date: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded (minus the $90 deposit).
7 days prior to the start date (or less): 50% of the registration fee will be refunded (minus the $90 deposit).
If you would like to cancel, please email the director (campdirector@campk.on.ca). If an individual does not inform Camp K of a camper not attending, the camp will offer no refund.
